3. Consent for Technical Cookies
Under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive and the Italian Cookie Guidelines (Garante Privacy, June 2021), strictly necessary technical cookies do NOT require user consent. They are exempt because they are essential for the service requested by the user.

4. Third-Party Cookies
Stripe (our payment processor) may set its own cookies when you are redirected to the Stripe Checkout page to complete a payment. These cookies are governed by Stripe's privacy and cookie policy (https://stripe.com/privacy). The Platform has no control over Stripe's cookies.
5. No Analytics or Advertising Cookies
The Platform does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other tracking or advertising technology. We do not track your browsing behaviour across websites.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Skippers via email.
Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
